"We lived in London for a year and during that time Ivette Landino was my personal fitness trainer. I have nothing but enormous respect for Ivette's profesional attitude, knowledge, and performance on her trade. We met three times per week and she was never late; Ivette helped me not only to improve my fitness, strength, and endurance but also gave special attention to my neck area which was in pain when we first started the training sessions and fortunately the pain went away after sometime. Ivette pays attention to detail when it comes to execution of the movement with the proper form and makes any correction that she deems appropriate to prevent injuries. Stretching is also a great part of her routine at the end of each session and I sure miss our laughs while working out."
