I will endeavour to boost up your physical and mental condition and enhance your self-confidence and self-esteem.

If you are new to exercise I invite you to experience the 3x3 Rule!
Exercise 3 times a week for 3 months and I guarantee keeping fit will become an addiction. If you are new to exercise, it may take a few weeks to overcome the initial discomforts but when you start noticing the mental and physical benefits, THERE IS NOT GOING BACK!
